# Shopify Sidekick Support

Ask Shopify Sidekick to check claims, orders, stats, and setup directly from your Shopify admin

Sam: Shipping Protect works with **Shopify Sidekick**, Shopify's built-in AI assistant. Once enabled, you can ask Sidekick questions about your shipping protection program in plain language, right from your Shopify admin.

### What you can ask Sidekick

* **Search claims** — "Show me pending claims from last week", "Find claim #1234"
* **Look up protected orders** — "Which recent orders have shipping protection?"
* **Check protection stats** — "What's my approval rate this month?", "How much protection revenue this week?"
* **Get setup help** — "Is my protection set up correctly?", "Why isn't the widget showing?", "How do I turn on pre-selected protection?"

### What Sidekick won't do

For your security, Sidekick never exposes source code, API details, internal IDs, or raw technical data — it only shares merchant-friendly information about your protection setup and performance. If you ask about something the app doesn't support yet, Sidekick will let you know and point you to our support team instead of guessing.
