# Insurance Claim Page Setup
To add the Claim Page to your store's frontend :
## *To add the Claim Page Extension to an existing page:*
### **Step 1: Open Theme Editor**
**Access the Theme Editor:**
1. Go to your Shopify admin panel.
2. Navigate to **Online Store > Themes**.
3. Click on the **Customize** button for your current theme.
### **Step 2: Select the Desired Page**
**Choose a Page:**
1. In the Theme Editor, select the page where you want to add the Claim Page.
### **Step 3: Add the Claim Page Extension**
**Add the Extension:**
1. Look for the option to add a block or section.
2. Find and add the **Claim Page app extension block** to the desired location on your page.
3. Save the settings.
## *To create a new page where customers can submit claims:*
### **Step 1: Open Theme Editor**
**Access the Theme Editor**:
* Go to your Shopify admin panel.
* Navigate to **Online Store** > **Themes**.
* Click on the **Customize** button for your current theme.
### **Step 2: Create a Template for the Claim Page**
1. In the Theme Editor, create a page template to serve the Claim Page settings.

### **Step 3: Customize the Template**
1. Open the new Claim Page template.
2. Look for the option to add a **block or section**.
3. Add the **Claim Page app extension block** to your preferred location.
4. Click **Save** and preview the Claim Page on your storefront.
### **Step 4: Create a New Page in Shopify Admin**
1. Go to **Online Store > Pages** in your Shopify admin panel.
2. Create a new page and assign it the Claim Page template.
### **Step 5: Add the Claim Page to Navigation**
1. Navigate to **Online Store > Navigation**.
2. Add the Claim Page to your store's navigation menu.
3. Save the settings and view the Claim Page on your storefront.
